These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Rule of Cars course (“TROC”, “the Course”), owned and operated by Fast Cars Media LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, enrolling in, or using any part of the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Course.

 

1. Educational Purpose Only

The TROC Course is intended for informational and educational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, attorneys, tax professionals, or licensed auto dealers. Nothing in this course constitutes professional, personalized financial, legal, or investment advice. Always consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

2. No Guarantees of Results

While the Course provides strategies and principles based on real-world experience, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including profits, successful car flips, or depreciation savings. Results vary widely based on individual circumstances and market conditions.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fast Cars Media LLC and its affiliates, creators, and contractors disclaim all liability for any losses, damages, or issues arising from use of the Course. This includes—but is not limited to—financial losses, legal consequences, or vehicle depreciation. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Course.

4. No Professional Relationship Created

Enrollment does not create any client, fiduciary, advisory, or business relationship between you and Fast Cars Media LLC. The Course is a general educational product and not a substitute for professional advice.

5. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To purchase, access, or enroll in the Course, you must be at least 18 years old. By using the Course, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content within the Course and website—including videos, documents, graphics, logos, written materials, and downloadable resources—is the intellectual property of Fast Cars Media LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Certain visual assets, such as stock images or royalty-free graphics, are used under valid licenses and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the Course or website materials without express written permission from Fast Cars Media LLC, except where usage is clearly permitted by applicable license terms.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund if no more than 20% of the Course has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

8. Community Conduct

If the Course includes access to forums, communities, or private groups (e.g., Discord, Facebook), you agree to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any member for abusive, disruptive, or unethical behavior.

9. Testimonials & Earnings Examples

Any testimonials, reviews, or examples of profits shown in the Course are not promises or guarantees. They reflect individual experiences that are not typical or universally expected.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on our site. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the parties mutually agree to another location. 

The parties agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive method of resolving any such disputes and that judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall apply Arizona law without regard to its conflict of law rules. 

Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs associated with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines that an award of fees or costs is appropriate under applicable law. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona to prevent actual or threatened misuse, misappropriation, or infringement of its intellectual property rights or confidential information. 

12. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fast Cars Media LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: 

Customer’s use or misuse of Fast Cars Media LLC products or services; 

Any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights) by the Customer; 

Customer’s breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this Agreement; 

Any claims or actions arising from data, content, or materials provided or transmitted by the Customer.  

Fast Cars Media LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the Customer. In such a case, the Customer agrees to cooperate fully with Fast Cars Media LLC in the defense of such matter.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties 

The Course and all related materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fast Cars Media LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: 

    Implied warranties of merchantability  

    Fitness for a particular purpose 

    Non-infringement  

We do not guarantee that access to the Course will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations or objectives.

15. Force Majeure clause 

Fast Cars Media LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (other than payment obligations) due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or power outages, or other similar events (“Force Majeure Event”). 

If a Force Majeure Event continues for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days or more and materially affects the performance of the Agreement, either party shall have the right to terminate the Agreement upon written notice to the other party, without further liability (except for payment obligations accrued prior to the date of termination).
